Who we are
Spelplan is operated by Petter Källqvist, a private individual based in Sweden.

What data we collect
Sign-in data: Spelplan accesses your basic Google profile information only, specifically your name and email address, when you sign in with Google OAuth. This data is used solely to create and manage your Spelplan account. We do not access your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google user data. This information is stored securely in your Spelplan account.
Match plan data: When you use paid features, your match plans are stored on our servers, linked to your account.
Payment data: When you subscribe to an annual plan, Stripe processes your payment details. If you choose optional automatic renewal, Stripe also processes renewal payments. We never store your card information.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Why we collect it
To authenticate you and maintain your account.
To store and synchronise your match plans across devices (paid feature).
To process your annual subscription payment and any optional automatic renewal payments you choose (paid feature).
Data processors
Supabase — provides authentication and database hosting. Your account and match plan data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase's own privacy policy applies.
Stripe — processes subscription payments. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
Google — provides OAuth sign-in. Google's own privacy policy governs the sign-in flow and any data shared during authentication.
Spelplan's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the policy at developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure authentication and encrypted connections.
Share links
If you create a public share link for a match plan, anyone with that link can view the published version tied to that link. No sign-in is required to view a shared plan. You can revoke any share link at any time from within the app.
Data retention
Your account data and match plans are kept for as long as your account is active.
You can export all your data or permanently delete your account at any time from your Account page. Deleting your account removes all owned plans, snapshots, and share links.
Your GDPR rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
You can exercise your right to data portability and your right to erasure directly from your Account page. For any other requests, contact privacy@spelplan.app.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you via the app or by email. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
