Spelplan is a match planning tool for sports coaches. It helps you plan lineups, substitutions, and playing time for your team.
Spelplan helps youth football coaches create fair, practical match rotations in minutes.

Account
Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the service.
Privacy and data handling
Spelplan's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the policy at developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Free tier
Core planning features are available free of charge. The specific features and limits of the free tier are described at spelplan.app and may change over time. We will communicate significant changes in advance.
Paid tier — annual subscription
Paid subscribers get access to cloud storage for match plans, cross-device sync, and plan sharing features.
Your plans are securely stored and available across devices while your paid subscription is active.
The subscription is billed annually via Stripe. By default, your subscription does not renew automatically.
You can optionally enable automatic renewal. If enabled, your subscription renews at the start of each new billing year unless you turn off automatic renewal before the renewal date.
Payment and billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
All prices are shown before checkout. You will receive a receipt from Stripe for each payment.
Cancellation
If automatic renewal is enabled, you may turn it off at any time from your account settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
If automatic renewal is not enabled, paid access ends at the end of the current billing period unless you renew manually.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Your GDPR rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
You can exercise your right to data portability and your right to erasure directly from your Account page. For any other requests, contact privacy@spelplan.app.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.
Service availability
Spelplan is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific level of uptime, particularly for free-tier users.
Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We will attempt to communicate planned downtime in advance.
Acceptable use
Spelplan is intended for legitimate sports team planning. You agree not to use the service for automated scraping, API abuse, or any purpose that violates applicable law or these terms.
Limitation of liability
Spelplan is a planning aid. You are solely responsible for the match decisions you make.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Spelplan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
GDPR applies to the processing of personal data for users in the EU and EEA.
